

Stephens Cottage
This cottage was built in 1896 expressing the Queen Anne style, it was used for a residence cottage. The windows are four-over-four and have stone lug sills and lintels. 3 courses of ashlar brick forms a string course near the tops of the windows and at the sill level. The projecting two story rectangular bay to the west has an entrance with large transom and a one story brick porch. The interior mill work is oak and is extremely plain. Alterations to this building took place in 1939. It has been remolded since and a new addition add to the front. It is now the official gate for facility.
