Meeting to discuss Buying Truck:
Discussion on 1998 Ford 700 Series – 12 Ton – 21 feet – Gas Engine – 110, 000 miles
Cost $6500.00
Treasurer Report - $8935.34
$4000.00 still coming from city
Motion to buy truck as long as it is $6500.00 or less made by Wanda
Seconded by Marsha – Motion passed
Volunteer to be in charge of calling list –
After talking about it we decided Jeanne would call volunteers and Louise would call Board Members
Discussion on when to have meetings
Motion to have Monthly meetings starting in August on the second Monday of the month at 1:00 PM made by Tom Priester seconded by Jeanne – Passed next meeting on August 11 at Open Bible praise Center
