BOARD MEETING

Present: Virgil Goodin, Randy Richards, Tom Priester , Todd Sanzottera,
Louise Bolin, Marsha Goodin, Margie Strange, Wanda Vonderahe , Leslie
Stock, Hazel Stone, Jeanne Pascale, Margie Strange, and Art Schneider.
Not present: Bobbie Bauer.
Meeting opened with a
prayer.
Motion was made by Tom to accept minutes from last meeting. Leslie
seconded the motion. All in favor so motion carried.
Treasurer Report: $6,900.37 was the estimate.
Marsha motioned to change name if the name we picked is already taken.
Tom seconded the motion. All in favor so motion carried.
Tom is going to get a computer and new printer donated by the Computer
Geeks. Laptop computer to be donated by Art Schneider.
Tom motioned to extend Food Bank application to include age of family
members. Seconded by Jeanne. All in favor so motion carried.
Tom motioned to have Food Bank forms filled out every 6 months instead
of once a year. Art seconded. All in favor so motion carried.
Tom motioned to apply for new Central Missouri Food Bank application.
Wanda seconded. All in favor so motion carried.
Leslie motioned to set number of board members as no less than 6 and no
more than 13. Jeanne seconded. Tom made amendment to have 7 to 13 board
members. Randy seconded. All in favor so motion carried.
Leslie motioned to dismiss. Margie seconded. All in favor so meeting
closed.
Next meeting December 10 at Harvest House. (Because of weather
postponed until December 13 at Boonville Daily News.)
