Sanzottera, Louise Bolin, Marsha Goodin, Wanda Vonderahe , Leslie
Stock, Hazel Stone, Jeanne Pascale and Art Schneider.
Not present: Bobbie Bauer and Margie Strange.

Meeting
opened with discussion of what the food pantry should be named. Many
names were brought up and discussed.
3:28 p.m.
Name for
food bank was decided - - 5 of 11 voted for Neighbors Helping Neighbors.
3:42 p.m.
Decision
for the new food bank to be in the old Rabbit Hutch.
3:43 p.m.
Discussion on how many days a week and what time the food would be
handed out. Times best suited for the location are:
First Tuesday of every month at 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Second Thursday of every month at 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Third Saturday of every month at 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
NOTE: January 1 & 18 Holiday

Decided
that the December 17th USDA will be delivered at the new food
bank.
