This frame house was built in the 1860's on a dog trot plan with
end chimneys and a central hall. There
is a 3 bay Eastlake porch with turned posts over the entrance.
There are several additions to the northwest and an enclosed porch on the
northeast. Maps
indicate the rear portion of the lot was used as a wood lot, as late as
1900, when the Davis family were residents.
A pent roofed shed faces onto Morgan street.
The current use of the residence
is rental property as a duplex.
