609 Locust

            This residence cottage was built by Walter Viertel in the 1930’s.  The buff brick structure has red accents on the arcaded pent south porch.  At the basement level, the south façade is a garage entrance.  There is an entrance and chimney to the west and a gable ell to the north.  There are no outbuildings.
