This was the residence of local contractor, C. L. Randolph, and it is thought he
built the home in the 1880’s. It
is a one-story Italianate brick home with ornate window and door label moldings.
Additions include a porch on the south with ornate wrought iron columns
and an enclosed porch on a molded concrete block foundation.
A frame, gable roof garage is to the east.
The original structure has a basement and appears to have been used as a
residence, slave quarters, and/or a summer kitchen.
