The
builder of this 1-1/2 story residence is unknown, but it is believed to have
been built around 1915. It is a
vernacular style with Queen Anne affinities.
There is a 2-room gable roofed ell on the northeast and a pent roof
addition to the west of the ell. A
double car garage has doors on the east and access from the alley.

This site is listed on the National
Register Historic Places.
