808 E. Spring

The structure was built in the 1850’s on a plan with 2 rooms on each level.  The main block is capped by a wide frieze with scroll brackets.  There is a one-story gabled ell extending to the south on the southeast corner.  There is a pent addition to its east which adjoins a porch on the east façade of the main block.   There are several additions to the rear.  To the south is a stuccoed one-car garage.  A concrete drive to the east of the residence gives access from Spring St. to the garage.
