          The brick duplex was built in the 1920’s.  On the primary façade there are 2 entrances centrally located and one in each of the two-story rectangular projecting bays.   A one-story porch extends across the north and wraps around the east and west corners.  One the south there are integral one-story screened-in porches at the east and west corners and a centrally located cellar entrance.
