It lists the difficulty of each project, so even someone new to crafts might try an “easy” one that only requires paper, fabric, a plastic container and some glue. While there are ads on the web site, you are not required to buy anything in order to print out a craft or recipe. If relatives want, they can sign up for a weekly e-mail newsletter with crafts and recipes too.
