Services:
1) Long Term Care Case Management – Individual and family education,
development of support systems, promoting communication and understanding
between facility and family, monitoring for quality of care and services. 2)
Health Care Education – Consulting for educational needs, development and
presentation of specific family, institutional, or business educational needs.
3) Organizational Management and Leadership Consulting – Assessment of current
and potential problems, development of problem solving strategies, promotion of
interdisciplinary organizational methods to maximize staff and facility
resources.
Fee:
Discussed per consultation; fees vary depending on need of client. All inquiries
held in strictest confidence.
