521-523 Vine Street

This structure, built in the 1920’s as a duplex, remains as such today.  It sits on a raised basement and is sheathed in red brick up to the first story rowlock sill course.  Over this is buff colored brick.  The 2 entrances on the front have a pent cap which is supported on large brackets and extend across the 4 grouped windows of the west bay.  A concrete stoop with brick balustrade leads to the entrances.  The structure faces south onto Vine Street.  The one outbuilding, a hip roofed 2 car garage, is at the northwest corner of the property and has access from Vine by a concrete drive to the west of the residence.
