The frame residence
on a brick and stone foundation was built between 1910 and 1920 in the
vernacular style with Queen Anne affinities.
The porch area has vertical wood wainscoting, open work brick balustrade
and concrete floor. The eaves of
the porch and house are extended and boxed.
There is a new side entrance addition.
There are two rear entrances, one to the basement.
An alley is on the south side, and a retaining wall is across the
backyard. There is a metal shed and
a garage with access from the drive on the north side. A small patio is to the rear.
