            This frame residence on a stone foundation was built about 1900 by C. Sombart.  It is of the Queen Anne Cottage style with a pent porch on the front.  The original pent roofed room extends to the  west as well as a pent porch enclosed by lattice work.  The residence sits at the northwest corner of 3rd and Morgan Sts., facing east.  There are no outbuildings.
