213 Third Street    

            Yet another Queen Anne Cottage style residence built by the Sombart family in the early 1900's, this home also has a pent porch supported on turned posts with a gable wall dormer.  To the west is an original one-room ell north bay, a pent addition to the south bay, and an enclosed porch between the two rooms. The residence faces east onto 3rd Street.  There is one outbuilding, a small metal shed.
