This residence is another built by the Sombart family in the early 1900's.  It is similar to 215 and 213 Third Street.  The front entrance with a transom is slightly off center and is protected by a pent porch.  To the west is an original one-room ell north bay, a pent addition to the south bay and an enclosed porch between the 2 rooms.  The residence faces east onto 3rd Street, and there are no outbuildings.
