203 Third St.

This brick residence was also built for Rudolf Toennes by a local contractor, A. L. Randolf in about 1915.  Mr. Toennes was a farmer and one time owner of a beer garden.  It has 2 gable wall dormers on the south, 2 to the east, and 1 to the north.  On the east is also a pent dormer and a one-story porch constructed of molded concrete blocks.  Projecting to the west is an original ell and a porch similar to the front porch.  At the southwest corner of the lot is a garage.  A gravel drive to the south gives access from 3rd Street.
