Spring
This piano nobile style house was built in the 1860's as a residence.
There are end chimneys on the east and west.
A frame porch is raised on molded concrete block piers.
Frame steps with
iron newels lead up to the entrance. Basement
entrances are to the north, south, and west.
On the south is a pent addition. A
parking area is provided behind the house for the residents of the apartments.
