310 E. Spring

Dating to the 1850's, this frame home on brick foundation has two entrances on the north.  There are end chimneys on the east and west.  Additions include a two-bay frame porch which sits on concrete block piers and a pent addition on the south which was built as a utility room.  The original weatherboard remains under the later asbestos siding, and the brick foundation has been covered with plaster.
