This residence was built at the same time and in the same style as the home at 304 Morgan.  This was also built by Colonel John and Laura Elliot.  The addition of modern siding has obscured   some of the original details.  On the south is a large two-story addition with a gable roof.  There is a second story entrance onto  a porch with a wrought iron balustrade over the first story enclosed porch.  A garage has been added to the northwest. Alterations in the interior have formed two upstairs apartments.  A concrete drive with retaining walls on each side lead from the street to the garage.
