Probably dating from 1885-1892, this frame home of vernacular design was
built as a single residence. It
features a boxed cornice and a one-story porch over the south entrance.
To the east is a first story entrance and two second story entrances with
frame steps. Extending to the north
is a two-story ell. Al Nichols lived in the home about 1910.
There are now 5 apartments in the building which faces south onto Morgan
and sits close to the street.
