William Johnmeyer built this two-and-one-half story residence in the late teens or early 1920's.  The north facade has a one-story   raised concrete porch with four square brick columns and a closed brick balustrade.  There is a one-story pent roofed screened porch on the south.  The residence includes a concrete drive along the east side leading to the one-car brick garage which is original to the construction of the residence.  

This site is listed on the National Register Historic Places.
