
This two-story box design residence was
built by Scherill and Randolph in 1922. It
has a brick exterior on a concrete block foundation.
To the north is a one-story porch supported by two square brick columns.
The basement entrance is on the west.
A pantry/porch combination
projecting bay on the first story with an enclosed frame porch on the second
story is to the south. A brick single car garage sits along the south
alley.
