This two-story box design residence was built by Scherill and Randolph in 1922.  It has a brick exterior on a concrete block foundation.  To the north is a one-story porch supported by two square brick columns.  The basement entrance is on the west.  A pantry/porch combination projecting bay on the first story with an enclosed frame porch on the second story is to the south.  A brick single car garage sits along the south alley.
