307 E. High St.
This bungalow style residence was built in 1925 by William Walthers.
It is a 1-1/2 story brick home with a porch on the south which includes
the entrance to the home with 6 panel sidelights.
There is a pent roof dormer to the east and a gable roofed dormer to the
west over a projecting rectangular bay window.
An asphalt shingle brick garage is thought to be original to the
residence.
The residence was constructed for Fred Lohse, who operated the Lohse
Grocery Store in Boonville.
