Built as a duplex in 1929,
this 2-story residence continues to be used as such. It was built by brothers John & Edward Salzman.
It includes a large porch on the south, an open work brick balustrade,
and a two-story rectangular bay with a 1st floor entrance to the
south porch. The residence and
accompanying 2-car garage are brick with concrete block foundation.

This site is listed on the National Register Historic Places.
