This residence was built around the turn of the 20^th century by Joe Haley.  It is a one-story frame house with a one-story porch.  There are 2 entrances to the house off the porch.  The primary façade has a projecting rectangular ell on the southwest.  This block is listed as the Boonville Coal and Wood Yard.
