525 Fourth St.
Built about 1915 for Robert
Burge, a vice-president of the Boonville Mercantile Co., this residence is of
the Box design. The east facade has
a raised one-story porch with a molded concrete block foundation.
The entrance has etched glass sidelights.
The south side has a one-story polygonal bay with a hip roof and dentils. And enclosed porch with an entrance is to the northwest.
There is a slight flair where the second story frame addition meets the
brick first story. The residence sits on a small lot with a low concrete wall to
the south.
