Built in 1892 this building was constructed for residence usage. A circular two story towed with a polygonal roof and finial to the north a two story porch with gable filled with stick work, and a polygonal tower with a belcast hip roof and finial to the south accent the primary façade. A bracket cornice and ornate ridge cresting embellish the roofline. The west porch has chamfered columns, brackets and a double leaf first story entrance both with transom. The north façade has a rectangular bay and a later one story brick addition between the tower and the bay. The south façade has a chamfered bay with a gabled wall dormer. Razed 7/8
