This building was built in 1905 and was originally used for a lumber yard. The brick primary façade has a stepped parapet. The central section is an open drive through area with lumber yard storage at the attic level. Pent additions extend to the west along the north property line and across the west property line. These are lumber sheds. The west façade along the alley has two windows and an entrance all with double rowlock, segmentally arched headers. The brickwork has open spaces in the center section to allow ventilation.
