This building was built in 1870s for commercial use. The second story with one over one windows with brick straight-side arch lintels and stone lug sills and the cornice with a double sawtooth brick pattern were cleaned during the 1976 Bicentennial Project. The first story is now sheathed with vertical board siding. There is a two-story addition to the rear. There has been alteration to the fenestration, however originally all had segmentally arched lintels. There is a pent roofed porch with concrete steps to the west. The building is now occupied by a doctors office. The structure faces east onto Main Street.
