Built in 1970 this vernacular building was built for the use of banks and offices. Still to the present day it is being used for Banks and Offices. The rectangular structure has curved angles at the corners, especially at the southeast corner where there is a drive up window. The primary entrance is to the north. The structure faces north onto spring, with an alley to the west.
