413 Spring

On the south façade the red brick structure is capped with a parapet which has a corbelled brick cornice. The first story is now covered with vertical board and a batten siding and a wood shingle canopy. Renovation includes a large multi-pane window. The second story has rowlock lintels. On the first story there are three small windows with double rowlock segmentally arched lintels. The structure was built for the use of commercial and was originally used for the Headquarters of the fire department and continued to serve as this until at least 1929. The building faces south onto Spring.
