Built in 1870s this vernacular structure was built for commercial use. The east façade is a 1926 alteration. It has a glazed surface with projecting molded cornice, which has an egg and dart motif. Also in this area is geometric design laid in blue glazed tile. The first story has transoms filled with block glasses and an inset entrance. It was originally used for a saloon. Now it is known as family shoes store. The structure faces east into main.
