This 1860 building was built for commercial use. The primary façade has been modernized. It is now glazed tiled veneer. The building has paired windows with a large transom. The west façade’s second story has three windows with concrete sills with segmentally arched headers. An addition to the first story projects to the west. Form 1940 to about 1966 it was the location of the parks department store. The building faces east on to Main Street.
