Built in 1910 and renovated in 1940 this Vernacular style rebuilding was used for commercial use. The entrance sets at an angle; it is accented by vertical wood shingling. There was a later two story addition to the west and has an entrance that is located upstairs leading to the apartments to the south. The structure sits on the sire of two of the oldest commercial building in town. This building burnt down in 1989 and the remains were then torn down.
