SERVICES RENDERED: Skilled nursing care, Home health aide, Speech therapy, Physical therapy, Durable medical equipment, Occupational therapy,and Social services.

PERSONS SERVED: Anyone who is home-bound, referred by a physician, and in need of skilled care.

AREA SERVED: Cooper county and some surrounding areas.

FEES: Can be provided by Medicare, Medicaid, third party insurance, or private pay.

HOURS: For information, call between the hours of 8 a.m. - 4 p.m., Monday - Friday.
