PURPOSE: To provide services needed by individuals to become employable and to obtain employment,

and to provide employers with the best qualified applicants available in the community.

To provide eligible workers with an income during periods of involuntary employment.

SERVICES RENDERED: Services provided include job placement, employability services and

promotion and administration of special programs designed to provide job security, increase job opportunities and facilitate

full utilization of local area manpower. Unemployment insurance claims adjudication and processing

and unemployment insurance tax services are provided in those Employment Security Offices that have a claims section.

PERSONS SERVED: Services are provided to anyone asking, with special preference given to veterans.

AREA SERVED: State of Missouri.

FEES: There is never a fee for the services provided by the Missouri Job Service Offices and sub-offices across the State.

HOURS: 7:30 A.M. - 4 P.M., Monday - Friday
