PURPOSE: A central agency to co-ordinate all matters relating to the lives older Missourians.
It's goal is to improve the quality of life, assure the maintenance of personal dignity,
and protect the basic rights of Missouri's senior citizens.
SERVICES RENDERED: The institutional program which safeguards residents in long-term facilities.
The alternative-care program which provides support for older persons who live in their own home.
The program of immediate assistance to older persons who encounter abuse, neglect, or exploitation.
PERSONS SERVED: The elderly and handicapped.
AREA SERVED: Cooper County.
FEES: None.
HOURS: 8 A.M.- 5 P.M., Monday - Friday
