PURPOSE: Missourians shall be free to live their lives and pursue their dreams beyond

the limitations of mental illness, developmental disabilities, and alcohol and other drug abuse.

SERVICES RENDERED: Evaluation, case management, service coordination of therapies, counseling, placement.

PERSONS SERVED: Any person who has mental retardation or some other developmental disability.

According to state law a qualifying individual's mental retardation must have occurred before age 18,

while any other developmental disability must have occurred before age 22.

All conditions must be expected to continue indefinitely.

AREA SERVED: Benton, Boone, Callaway, Carroll, Chariton, Cooper, Howard,

Moniteau, Morgan, Pettis, Randolph, Saline counties.

FEES: The cost to the person receiving services is determined by ability to pay.

HOURS: Monday - Friday 8 A.M. - 4:30 P.M.
