PURPOSE:

To assist low-income families with safe, decent and affordable housing opportunities as they strive to achieve self-sufficiency and improve the quality of their lives.  Boonville Housing Authority is committed to operating in an efficient, ethical and professional manner.  The Housing Authority will create and maintain partnerships with its clients and appropriate community agencies in order to accomplish this mission.

Family with or without children, Elderly Family, Near-Elderly Family, Disabled Family, Displaced Family, and Single Persons.

AREA SERVED:

The City of Boonville and Cooper County, Missouri.

FEES:

Determination of total tenant payment and tenant rents are based on total family income.

HOURS:

Monday – Friday 8 AM – 5 PM
