PURPOSE: To provide a place for family members and friends to meet together regularly to share information and to provide support for one another. The support group provides opportunities to share care giving skills and ideas.
SERVICES RENDERED: Mid-MO Chapter newsletter update on research and activities. Programs as needed.
PERSONS SERVED: Family members and individuals providing support to persons with Alzheimer's disease.
AREA SERVED: Cooper and Howard counties
FEES: None.
HOURS:
The support group meets from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.
on the 3rd Thursday of
each month in the
Cooper County Hospital Library
