program is a Senior Volunteer Corp program that provides various care
services for youth. Seniors age 60+ who met specific income guidelines
can receive a stipend for their volunteer work. Includes reading to
young children and serving as teacher’s aids in the classrooms.

This support group meets from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. the 3rd Thursday
of each month at:ParentLink at 4800 Santana Circle. The meetings are
open to all grandparents raising grandchildren. Advance notice is
not necessary. To receive monthly mailings with information about
the meetings, please call Meg Roodhouse at (573) 884-4382. There are
no dues. Meetings are informal.
